- Shipping Costs: The return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Amount: We will issue a refund for the price of the item(s) only. Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will not be included in the refund.
- Promotional Items: If your order included a "free gift" or promotional item, this must also be returned along with the original purchase. If the gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

- Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with a new tracking number as soon as the replacement has been processed and shipped.
- In the event that the item is out of stock or you decline a replacement, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
