Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. Note that custom or personalized items are non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

What materials do you use?
Our jewelry is crafted using a variety of premium materials including natural gemstones (jade, amethyst, moonstone, turquoise, and more), sterling silver, gold-filled metals, and traditional Chinese knotting cord. Each product listing specifies the exact materials used.
Are your gemstones natural or synthetic?
We use genuine natural gemstones in our pieces. Because they are natural, slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are normal and make each piece truly one-of-a-kind. Any synthetic or lab-created stones will be clearly noted in the product description.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Many of our pieces are made with sterling silver (925) or gold-filled metals, which are generally suitable for sensitive skin. If you have specific metal allergies, please check the material details on each product page or contact us before purchasing.

How do I clean my gemstone jewelry?
Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe gemstone surfaces. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and harsh chemical solutions, as these can damage natural stones. For sterling silver components, a silver polishing cloth works well to restore shine.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, orders may have already entered processing or shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Can I request a specific ring or bracelet size?
