Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for most items within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

2. Returns Due to Personal Preference

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference:

  • Shipping Costs: The return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund Amount: We will issue a refund for the price of the item(s) only. Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will not be included in the refund.
  • Promotional Items: If your order included a "free gift" or promotional item, this must also be returned along with the original purchase. If the gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (Replacement Process)

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for a free replacement. Please follow these steps to initiate a replacement:

  • Contact Us: Reach out via hello@lumivaultofficial.com with your order number.
  • Submit Proof: Please include clear photos or a short video demonstrating the damage or defect. This helps our team expedite your request.
  • Review: Our team will review your submission and contact you within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipment: Once we confirm the issue and approve your replacement, we will dispatch the new item within 7 business days.
  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with a new tracking number as soon as the replacement has been processed and shipped.
  • In the event that the item is out of stock or you decline a replacement, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by shipping.
  • Returns requested beyond the 7-day window.
  • Final sale items (if applicable).
